Faculty Concerts

The Hume Conservatorium Faculty Concerts are a great opportunity for all students to perform together.  Students can range from very beginner to advanced as it is perfect for young students to see older players.

Going forward student may also receive awards at Faculty Concerts.  Please nominate your students below. 

Important Information:

  • Students should practice during lessons getting on and off stage, introducing themselves and their song. Staff can do this with them if they are beginners. 
  • Students should arrive early if possible to avoid late starts and insure instruments are tuned , vocalists have warmed up and students are ready to perform. 
  • The MC or Stage Manager will always let students know who is up next.  
  • Stage and room must be reset at the end of each concert unless otherwise advised. 

Copies of the run sheet with be available on the night on external doors and with the stage manager and MC.

Submissions are due the end of Week 7

About the Event

Awards

Students do not need to be performing on the night to receive an award. Awards can motivate students to practice more, work harder and it is a geat opportunity to communicate with parents about a students progress.
