Travel Costs to centres outside Goulburn
Our support from the NSW Government enables us to cover the costs associated with travel to regional districts and centres away from Goulburn where there is enough demand to make it practical. So for most Schools or communities, fees will be the same as, or similar to, fees charged in Goulburn. As our government funding is directed to overcoming educational disadvantage in regional communities, there will be some wealthier institutions where it would be inappropriate to subsidise travel costs.
Please contact us to discuss whether a subsidy would be available.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
TUITION FEES
Students are accepted for enrolment on the understanding that fees are paid in advance each term.
1. Term fees are payable in advance upon commencing lessons.
2. Where the teacher’s times are booked and the student cancels or is unavailable for lessons, no refunds will be allowed. Every lesson allocated must be paid for.
3. If the teacher is unable to give a lesson, “make-up” times will be offered in week 10 of the term, or by arrangement.
4. Credits will apply if a teacher misses a lesson (and cannot offer a “make-up”)
5. The CEO may offer a credit for compassionate reasons – eg a prolonged illness and accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. Credits are not available for absences due to vacations or similar occurrences.
6. If fees are paid within 14 days of the invoice, a 3% discount applies.
7. If fees are paid gradually during the term, there is no discount, but there are no additional fees.
8. If fees remain outstanding at the end of term, a $50 late fee applies, unless you have made a payment plan with us and are up to date.
9. If fees remain outstanding and debt collection activities are required, debt collection costs will be recovered.
10. If fees remain outstanding at the end of term, the suspension policy applies
WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION
There is a minimum two-week notice for withdrawals or changes in lesson time. For example, if you withdraw at the end of the term for the next term, there is no fee. If you don’t tell us until the start of term- when a teacher has already been reserved for you- you will be billed for the first 2 weeks. The same applies to cancellations during the term.
SUSPENSION FOR ARREARS
1. We expect fees to be paid by the end of each term. Bursaries may also be available in cases of hardship.
2. If arrears remain outstanding at the start of the following term, re-enrolment will not be permitted.
3. If there is a waiting list offers will be made to students on the waiting list, and you may lose your place.
4. You can approach us about a payment plan. If we agree to a plan and you pay the first instalment, we may permit re-enrolment provided that the plan terms are being met.

We acknowledge the traditional Custodians of this Land, where the Aboriginal People have performed age-old ceremonies of storytelling, music, dance and celebration. As a traditional meeting place, many first nations peoples came to this region. Underneath our buildings and roads this Land always will be traditional Aboriginal Land. in the same way, all music making genres and practices come from our musical elders, so we acknowledge those on whose skills and wisdom we draw.
